Terrible technical service. They charge a fortune for the glass, it fails before three years, they go over nine months without coming to look at it, and then they refuse to take responsibility because they say the warranty has expired. They claim to see moisture even though the glass is properly installed. I don't know what they expect from a window facing the street—that it's dry? They blame the street sweeper! It's unbelievable. Of course, according to them, this never happens, only to me, and now I have to pay for another window and they take absolutely no responsibility.
Very good materials and incredible technology. I was pleasantly surprised.
