Very bad experience and zero accountability. I hired Gonzalez Windows Corp. because they confirmed they could deliver a screen the next day. Before receiving the invoice, I clarified that I needed delivery and installation and shared all the necessary information. I paid in advance, including the credit card charge. On the day of delivery, I had to call several times to find out what time they would be there. At 3 p.m., the driver called me without knowing the address, the schedule, or what to do, trying to cancel. Then Melissa called me, who processed the order, without having read my emails where I clarified it included installation, and wanted to charge extra for her own mistake. She wouldn't let me talk and was defensive the whole time. Finally, the owner canceled everything and left the customer waiting. Very disappointed with the lack of organization, communication, and accountability. I do not recommend this company.
