A terrible experience and zero responsibility. I hired Gonzalez Windows Corp because they confirmed they could deliver a screen the next day. Before receiving the invoice, I clarified that I needed both delivery and installation and shared all the necessary information. I paid in advance, including the credit card fee. On the day of delivery, I had to call several times to find out what time they would arrive. At 3 pm, the driver called me without knowing the address, the time, or what I should do, trying to cancel. Then Melissa, who processed the order, called me without having read my emails where I specified that it included installation, and tried to charge extra for her own mistake. She wouldn't let me speak and was defensive the entire time. Finally, the owner canceled everything and left the customer waiting. I am very disappointed with the lack of organization, communication, and responsibility. I do not recommend this company.
