I bought a bust down watch from them back in April of 2026. After a little less than a month, of use/ownership I woke up one morning to the date not working properly on the watch. When I bought the watch initially from them they never mentioned anything about bust down watches not being water resistant like normal Rolex's. At the time the watch broke down I was overseas. They told me they would repair the watch free of charge and to insure ship it to them for $400. I said I would rather wait until I'm back in the United States to get the watch worked on and have a higher chance of it not getting stolen in transport. When I finally arrived back in America I messaged them once again. This time they told me the movement was completely busted and they would have to charge me $2000+ for a new movement despite being told before they would repair it free of charge. I was NEVER told not to have the watch touch water or how to take care of a bust down watch. I'm not sure if the water was the actual cause of why the date stopped working on the watch or not. All I know is the quality of the watch was poor for a $8000 watch. Honestly Oscar himself is a very nice guy but I wouldn't do business here again. Going back on your word 2 months later is insane. Owned the watch for 3 weeks before the date busted. I was told when I bought the watch, only do business with the best. Either the quality of the watch isn't the best or your business isn't the best. I will update this if they actually fix the situation which I doubt.

A Very Disappointing and Stressful Experience with Oscar’s NYC Stone Jewelry I am writing this review as a mother who has watched her son go through an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience with Oscar’s NYC Stone Jewelry. My son travelled from Greece to Australia to spend his holiday with our family and, most importantly, to visit his very sick grandmother. He was so excited when he received his watch, but that excitement quickly turned into disappointment when serious problems with the watch came to light. What followed was two weeks of ongoing stress, messages, explanations and promises, with my son having to spend precious time trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place. The watch was found to have faults and required attention from a watchmaker. Instead of enjoying his limited time with his family, he was left dealing with this situation. We were given assurances in writing that a full refund would be provided and that a prepaid shipping label would be arranged so the watch could be returned. Despite these promises and repeated conversations, the collection was not organised in time. My son has now left Australia, and the watch is still with me, despite all the assurances that this would be resolved. I have kept screenshots of the conversations documenting what was promised and the difficulties we experienced. I believe it is important for other customers to understand our experience. This was not simply about a faulty watch or a refund. It was about the unnecessary stress, the time wasted and the disappointment of having this situation overshadow a precious family visit, particularly when my son had travelled so far to spend time with his loved ones. I am deeply disappointed with how this matter has been handled. A customer’s concerns should be dealt with promptly, professionally and in accordance with the promises made. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

Best jewelry shopping experience I’ve had in NYC. Do not miss this place! I normally don’t write reviews this long, but my experience at Oscar Stone genuinely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the entire team. What I really appreciated was that nobody made me feel like I had to spend a certain amount of money to get their attention. They took the time to talk to me, understand my style, and figure out what would actually fit me and my lifestyle. Jewelry shopping can honestly be stressful, especially when you start looking at higher priced pieces. The team at Oscar Stone was incredibly patient with me. There was never any pressure to buy, and I never felt rushed. I originally went in looking at an $1,800 piece and somehow ended up finding something I was much happier with, a $20,000+ bustdown chain. That alone should tell you what the experience was like. I wasn’t pushed into buying something. I took my time, looked at different pieces, asked a million questions, and ultimately found something that I genuinely loved. The customer service is on another level. I’ve had the opportunity to shop with and work closely with luxury brands like Hermès, Bvlgari, and Louis Vuitton, and the level of attention I received at Oscar Stone honestly reminded me of those experiences. The VIP room is also incredible. It gives you a much more private and personal environment to actually enjoy the process of choosing your piece. That is something you don’t get at every jewelry store. Oscar himself is a very humble guy, and you can tell he puts a lot of work into finding pieces that are different from what you normally see. I’ve visited jewelry stores in different parts of the country, and there are not many places where I’ve seen the same variety of unique pieces that Oscar brings into the store. One piece of advice: follow their Instagram. Seriously. They constantly get new pieces in, and some of them are things you probably won’t see anywhere else. I’ve already learned that if you see something you really like, you might want to move on it because it may not be there the next time you come in. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Edu and Kelvin. These guys were the MVPs of my entire experience. They were patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. They didn’t just treat me like another customer. They made the whole experience feel personal. At the end of the day, great customer service is about how you make someone feel. It’s listening to them, respecting their budget, understanding what they want, and making sure they leave happy. That’s exactly how I felt walking out of Oscar Stone. I came in expecting to look at an $1,800 piece and walked out with a $20,000+ chain that I absolutely love. If you’re in NYC and you’re serious about jewelry, especially if you’re looking for something unique, I would definitely make the trip to Oscar Stone. Go in, talk to the team, see what they have, and give yourself enough time to actually enjoy the experience. Thank you to Oscar, Edu, Kelvin, and the entire team for making this one of the best jewelry experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.
