New Construction and Remodeling

What began as a bathroom floor separating from the walls turned out to be a serious structural issue. A long-term shower pan leak had caused extensive damage to the subfloor, joists, and supporting beams. After several companies evaluated the problem, Antonio, the owner of AV Construction Group, was the only one who took the time to investigate thoroughly and go underneath the house to identify the true cause. Antonio’s expertise as a structural engineer, combined with his multiple professional licenses, immediately gave me confidence that the repairs were in capable hands. He explained everything clearly, provided a fair estimate, and personally worked alongside his crew to remove and replace the damaged wood and properly restore the subfloor and structural areas. His crew then completed the bathroom renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Antonio was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He took pride in the quality of the work and made sure the job was done correctly—not just quickly. I highly recommend AV Construction Group to anyone looking for exceptional workmanship and a contractor they can truly trust. I’ve included before-and-after photos so you can see the transformation for yourself.
