A lot of you guys recommended me AC by DC and you were not wrong. They were awesome. Doug came out. Did the diagnostic told me what was wrong with? It was going to see about Monday to find out if he had the part which he told me was really rare and they barely ever go out, but very satisfied with Doug and his professionalism on letting us know what was wrong. He also did a quick fix to where he manually lit the burner and now we have our house from 61 we decided to put it on 80. We may fry in here but it's better than 59!

Our AC went out around 8 PM at night and we called many different places and AC/DC responded promptly and even gave us some pointers for a quick fix over the phone. The next morning, John did not hesitate to come out and run A diagnostic on our equipment and made sure that we were up and running efficiently before he left. He was very nice and respectful and seemed genuinely concerned about our needs. Super nice guy! We will be using this company from here on out.!
