I couldn’t be more impressed with Elektron! From the moment I called to schedule, the experience was professional, prompt, and stress free. Ismel arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done before getting to work. He was efficient, thorough, and left everything cleaner than he found it. The quality of the work speaks for itself everything was done right the first time, with no shortcuts. It’s rare to find an electrician you can truly trust, and Ismel is exactly that. If you’re in Miami and need electrical work, look no further. I’ll be calling Elektron and asking for Ismel every single time! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Elekron Electric. They recently installed an electric vehicle charger in my garage, and from initial inquiry to job completion, the entire team was fantastic. Rodrigo was super friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options for mounting the charger (to include running the electric wiring in the walls for a nice clean installation). He was quick to provide a quote for the work (which was very reasonable). Once I accepted the proposal, he got me scheduled quickly. Abi and Ishmael came out to complete the work, and they were both excellent (on time, professional, competent, and friendly). The work was completed in a timely manner, they made sure I was happy with the installation and made sure I didn’t have any questions before they left. They left the work area clean at the completion of their work as well. Overall, a great experience, and I will be using Elekron for all future electrical needs going forward—you should too.

I've hired Elektron Electric for multiple home projects now and all I can say is that Ismel is the best, most professional and efficient contractor we've had help us with the house. He is always on time, keeps the work area clean and handles complicated projects really well. Most recently he created a new outlet in the ceiling and hung a chandelier and it came out beautiful. Everyone is very knowledgable about lighting and they give great advice. I'm looking forward to working with them more in the future!

The Elekron Electric team was great to have as the electrician team that helped us with our house’s standard electrical maintenance/ wear and tear matters. Scheduling and setting up a first time visit was very easy and efficient, with text scheduling being a key helpful tool that the company uses. Their fee rates were standard market comparable, and were worth paying based on how efficient the team was in rapidly assessing and fixing our house’s electrical issues. Ismel was the service representative that came to our house and all aspects of working with him were positive. His service vehicle was easily identifiable and professional looking, his process of entering our house was smooth and professional with him even wearing keep-clean shoe covers, and his communication abilities were fully professional, efficient and helpful. He was able to rapidly assess our house’s electrical issues, communicate options to us clearly, and fix the items we called his firm to help us resolve.

Ismel, his apprentice Jairo, and the Elektron team did an incredible job. They went beyond what was expected to keep things neat, with great care and attention to detail. Ismel gave me a clear walkthrough afterwards and when asked to remove a few extra older items no longer in use he was happy to do so no questions asked. I’d recommend him to anyone and will be my preferred to go electrician.
