I met with Mike Dion himself at my home. I prepaid the invoice and an appointment was made for 12/31. I called 12/30 to confirm and was told the schedule hadn’t been created yet and I would get a call back. No call back. 12/31 @ 8:30 AM I call back to be told Mike gave the guys the day off. Nice for his guys and I do understand but I took the day off to be home. He’s the owner and I’m sure these are not spur of the moment management decisions. Now I’m waiting for a refund while I Google another company.

I would highly recommend Dion generators to anyone in the market for a generator looking for great service and professionalism. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were looking for recommendations from friends and after hearing such good things about them, we contracted Dion Generators to install our generator 4 years ago. We have been very happy with their service and they are responsive, professional and easy to work with. Knowing that they stay on top of scheduling the annual maintenance is extremely helpful.
