My girlfriend and I bought a home last year and one of the larger projects we wanted to do was to move the outside electrical panel and meter from the back of the house to the side so we can add a large slider to the master. No small job! I did a lot of research on reviews and got 5 estimates I am very glad I went with Elekron Electric! Rodrigo and his team we very professional, communicated well and were very friendly and informative throughout the process! The overall price was very fair and transparent and each step of the project was handled very smoothly and professionally! My thanks to Elekron and Rodrigo and his crew! Most recently- Ismel came from Elekron to sure up some existing/prior DIY work for recessed lighting that had been done incorrectly- unsafe and not up to code. He was able to check all prior work; correct all issues and risks and bring the work up to code! It is very reassuring to know that the work is now done with quality, up to code and most importantly … safe!!!! Many thanks to Ismel!!! The Elekron Electric team was great to have as the electrician team that helped us with our house’s standard electrical maintenance/ wear and tear matters. Scheduling and setting up a first time visit was very easy and efficient, with text scheduling being a key helpful tool that the company uses. Their fee rates were standard market comparable, and were worth paying based on how efficient the team was in rapidly assessing and fixing our house’s electrical issues. Ismel was the service representative that came to our house and all aspects of working with him were positive. His service vehicle was easily identifiable and professional looking, his process of entering our house was smooth and professional with him even wearing keep-clean shoe covers, and his communication abilities were fully professional, efficient and helpful. He was able to rapidly assess our house’s electrical issues, communicate options to us clearly, and fix the items we called his firm to help us resolve.

It was a very pleasant surprise that when I called Elekron a person answered instead of a machine. Lucia, the person I spoke to, listened very well to problems I was having at home. Fortunately, we were able to quickly schedule an appointment that same week. The onsite experience was fantastic! I had an issue in my kitchen, dining room and master bathroom. Rodrigo was very effective in his troubleshooting and informed me of what the problems were. He fixed the problem in the kitchen and recommended a solution that will allow me to use multiple appliances at the same time. In the dining room he found a faulty switch and faulty light socket. He quickly replaced the faulty light switch and recommended replacing the faulty socket. In the master bathroom, the strip light has to be replaced. Rodrigo documented the scope of work for a near future visit to complete the remaining work. I'm extremely pleased with the troubleshooting and the solutions Elekron presented to me. The commitment to safety and quality work is outstanding. The pricing is very fair.

I highly recommend Elekron Electric. They recently installed an electric vehicle charger in my garage, and from initial inquiry to job completion, the entire team was fantastic. Rodrigo was super friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options for mounting the charger (to include running the electric wiring in the walls for a nice clean installation). He was quick to provide a quote for the work (which was very reasonable). Once I accepted the proposal, he got me scheduled quickly. Abi and Ishmael came out to complete the work, and they were both excellent (on time, professional, competent, and friendly). The work was completed in a timely manner, they made sure I was happy with the installation and made sure I didn’t have any questions before they left. They left the work area clean at the completion of their work as well. Overall, a great experience, and I will be using Elekron for all future electrical needs going forward—you should too.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Elektron! From the moment I called to schedule, the experience was professional, prompt, and stress free. Ismel arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done before getting to work. He was efficient, thorough, and left everything cleaner than he found it. The quality of the work speaks for itself everything was done right the first time, with no shortcuts. It’s rare to find an electrician you can truly trust, and Ismel is exactly that. If you’re in Miami and need electrical work, look no further. I’ll be calling Elektron and asking for Ismel every single time! Highly recommended!
